Windows 7 (Squares instead of letters)

And again I could need some advice, I'm totally lost regarding the issue that just appeared at my Windows 7 (64 Bit)

It's the same with all Photoshop dropdown menus, does anyone have any idea what to do?

Thanks a lot penguin, what exactly do I have to do now?
Doubleclick, accepting and rebooting didn't help.
