Inactives

Post by Davy »

In my opinion there should be 3 different kinds of inactive positions:

- Vet --> the highest of the 3 passive ranks and only for members who 1: are in for a long time, 2: have really done something for the division (I mean not a little work but really much)

- StaffSgt --> the middle of the 3 ranks and for members who 1: are in for several months already, 2: were more active then the average ingame and also on the forum

- LoA / InAct --> the smallest of the 3 ranks and for members who are 1: in tx for a little time and 2: didn't play much and didn't post much on the forum

the Vet spot might receive the right to watch the general forums, which is also sucessfully done in the RC division.

1. anyone can go LoA / InAct anytime.
2. someone can go StaffSgt if 3 of the total members of the command counsil or Vash is of the opinion he gains it.
3. someone can only go Vet if 4/4 command counsil members agree to it and Vash also does.

I think if a really active member can't play anymore for any reason it should still be honored. and a member for example hasero shouldn't just put on the same rank with a normal member that shows never up. and because we have 3 ranks more differenciation is possible :).

What do you think?

first, we're discussing here about the ranks and all, not about specific guys. make a new topic for that :)

but: what has he done for tx? I'd put him under inactives.. since he can always return and do something for this div. but just because somebody is someone's friend he doesn't receive any honorable rank.^^ it's only if someone REALLY has done something, friendships don't count for that, I'm sry. >.>

i dont get that part davy, can explain it better :P

i think its pretty cool for the rest, only i think like eskimo were not that far yet, and it a little to far searched but we can bring this up when we got this far when somebody wants to go vet etc.

yee, just to image if someone of us like Hasero had to go Vet.

you've done so much on forums here dude, in my opinion you should get a Vet rank if you had to stop gaming for any reason. if like whoever, like Kiss or idc about who, who has not done REALLY much, and I mean a lot, not just some forum posts, that should be honored then by giving different ranks, even when you're inactive... caught me?

but, I think we're going slowly in that direction and it's good if we make that now already clear. maybe one of us has to stop gaming soon or not, but then we got this clear and don't have to discuss abou tit now :)
