You yourself has to keep the app active, post screens from public servers with good kpm or k/d ratio, and try and get games in with the Gens.

keep your app active karbon! you have the skill! You need patience

just make 1 match vs a gen (when they have time) and post the screen..

PS: Cmon he lost 10-15 against me when I had 0 ping... Give him the votes!
