I agree with you guys.
On the one side the apps from many different (good..) applicants are way too long (fister: 13 pages, sev: 7..). Maybe voters have to write in their application and tell them what they think about the applicants. I dont say they have to vote more...
On the other side the applicants have to do more (more intern matches!) and they have to ask the gens for a testmatch and not converse.
But Steel said they are discussing a new vote-system so we have to wait^^

Mine took 5 posts then i was in xD
Thats because i was allready known in RC then,...and they knew i was good so....and they first thing i did was playng scrims with the gens....jsut stay active and post screens...BUT its much better if the screens are scrims with Gens..(can be 4vs4 too jsut need to be gens in them ^^)

me and hasero (and a few others) tryed to make a little side division that puts their time into helping apps.
but idk what happened. at the time there were very little apps and after that i learned sig making and i didn't have time to play RC let alone help apps.
maybe we should start AHS back up?
i rly need to stop being so lazy and train again...
