To tell you the True in my opinion this is 100% right to me one of these choices

1. to Make me Ninja,Bountry, or me(Dil) make 2nd in command or Vice-gen without ranking up or anything i'll still be LCpl but as least we have the power to vote

2. Since Zeta has so many high ranking member chose one of them to be Vice Gen
