XBOX SUPPORT!!!

Guys for those of you who got an Xbox 360 then i need help. I got live for 12 months gold card but it wont work. I plug in the cable into the 360 and i test the connection, everything is confirmed and running. Then i make account and all done. I try to connect to the 360 live supermarket but it will load but then it will only come back to the main screen again.

I try to play Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit online but when i press " join any game " it just says " there are no games currently up ". Thats bs.

I tried talking to the Microsoft support but they dont seem to understand the problem either. My internet is Zyxel and i tried with that too but it was nothing wrong.

Someone help me!

P.S. My Xbox 360 live account is - Bad Encounter just so you know.

Gabriel, atm the xbox live is going through changes and alot of games have screwed up, keep trying it, also, unplug every bit of your xbox then turn off your internet turn ur internet back on then plug it all in again
