shutting down

hey guys since like a month I got a problem with shutting down my pc, might be a tool that causes problems. So since like a month I didn't shut down my pc normally a single time because it just won't. there comes this "application closing" window with the following text in the header: "medusa_callbackpostmessage_c9..."

I that really sux and I really don't want to always kill my pc for that stupid error but atm I must. thx for help already :)

Also search for viruses. Otherwise goto windows start button at the lower left of the screen, press "search" and search for that. Might come up something with it and then you just close it down like it should and it should be done. I doubt this will work but its a start.

mine does that,it comes up a little box and says windows program shut down and iy loads and u have to click ed all the time so i push the on button too turn my comp off it does ur head in doesent it , it might blow me up soon lol

its not a virus mate mi comp has 2567 virus in its system but all in the virus vault i love technoligy dont you :)

but i dont know why my step uncle is a copper and he instailed it but i sorted it out about 2 mins ago yay it works i can log off and not worrie about blowing up

u searched for it? what did you search for then?

Ein einfacher Screeny hätte ausgereicht ....

Re-install your Medusa Headset .... uninstall, restart comp, re-install, restart again.

wenn das so einfach wäre, wenn man den pc runterfährt lässt sich auch paint usw nicht mehr starten, dass wirds alles geschlossen vom pc und DANN kommt das erst :P

Medusa headset? hab ich so eins? und wo genau deinstallier ich das genau, ich finds net >.>

Wahrscheinlich haste ne Medusa Soundkarte ... von Herkules? Schau mal in "Software" nach ob Du was über Medusa findest.
