The New Cal of Duty 4 Division

I set myself a goal that I want to reach: Establish TeamXtreme as a well known and memberrich clan in Call of Duty4. This is not an easy task and i hope we will reach it together as a team.
Here are a few things i worked out:

1. Change The Rnak System
I think our curent rank system includes way to much ranks. I also think that some of em are a bit strange (like psc, i know its the Dutch system, dont feel hurt Raptor and Hasero). I would suggest the US Marine Corps Ranking System as basis with a few modifications, so other clans and players can understand our ranks easier. It also sugest that we make something to clearly mark the difference of Officers and Non-Officers.

2. Clear The Noobweapon Question
I already did a topic and i'd be good if the resulting list will be our total standard.

3. A Website As Basis
I already asked Vash about including CoD4 Division in the website. He answered me that we will redo the whole homepage if he finds the time and is not as lazy as now (ye, he rly said the last^^). That would mean that we could show off a website to present TeamXtreme.

4. Promote Our Servers
My idea: First update our servers on 1.7. Then take server No.1 as Softcore Free For All, No.2 as Hardcore Team Deathmatch and install the Zombie mod on server No.3. Player limits would be 26 for No.1, 32 for No.2 and 56 for No.3.
Also every Officer should get admin rights to kick/ ban ppl.
I will google and listen to davy how to manage the servers.

5. Present our Clan
This aspect includes: No swearing/flaming! Not ever, even if somebody is noobing. Just ask them in a kind but strict way to put away the noobgun/perk. If this someone doesnt know about noobing, explain! If he doesnt listen, kick!

6. Profesional or Fun?
We gotta answer that Question: Is TX a Fun or Profesional Clan?
If Fun: We can do some tourneys, sometimes
If Profesionel: ESL is our playground

So that's it. What i want you now to give me a feedback of those ideas, ralize them TOGETHER (if accepted) and bring in your own idears.

I want that change to be done when davy comes back

few comments:

US ranks will be great

servers sound good, we'll get it to work and can run mods on our servers that automaticly work without noob perks (just the very clear ones like marty, etc.). google for frontlines. it's a very good one

and server rights are not only connected to the rank but also if the member behaves mature. from the one situation I saw when like 3 members asked me to kick someone I had to see it was wrong because it was skill and no cheats or aimbot or something used by some other players. and disbehaviour or strong missuse may result in a charge for that.

I've played the last 3 nights with Cody and 2 of his friends until like 4 or 5 in the morning and I really have to say all we can & must do is train, train & train. the tactics must be automaticly there, everything fluently until you don't even think about it anymore. that's what I've seen from a few professional players. get as much scrims as possible

So we need to fix that first...

this is a list i made....looked at diffrent rank lists...and i did a not to big1 since we are a pretty samll clan atm..with not so many memebrs...
so what u think?

I actually like all of your ideas.
I think your idea about the 3 servers is great, and if you ask me, I'd rather be a fun clan then a 'professional' one

Were not a US clan so i dont see why we need the US ranking list.

if ur gonna change the new ranking list, make it like the CoD4 ranks..
