New squadforums [members only]

I just added some squadforums. Only members of those squads can see their forum.

Means that a Theta member can't see the Omicron forums for example.

Every Gen is the moderator of his own squad forums.

[Judge's own site gave me the idea to add those forums, so you guys don't need to use an extra site]

Hope this will help for communication between Gen and member and from squadmember to squadmember.

Rofl, it was my idea to be pesific i did it with halo and CoD4 ^^

Added one new feature:

Generals are now able to see every squad forum.

EDIT: Want me to remove this, or is it good?

EDIT2: Forget it. This sucks, every squad should keep his privacy towards other Gens/people.
