i played with him today. hes good his movement could be better but he was playing with a ping which was higher than 200 so i think that he is definitly good enough

He recently messaged me that he's not multiclanning since his appliaction for RedCell was already cancelled when he apped for TX.

Therefore, this application is unlocked.
