If the applicants want to join the Clan they need experience. Many players had a Clan before they joined TX, they took their Experience from there, not from TX. TX should be a Clan where you can improve your skill, which you gained before, It shouldn't be sth like a school for noobs who want to get PROs in RC, and learn sidestep etc...

I think the votingsystem is better then before, the Gens have serious reasons to no-vote!

Toxic made it clear. But it takes some time for experience to kick in. It took me two years to get good as I am today. I'm not saying that I'm good but I guess I'm an average player.
