I think taht members with higherranks should get admin rights for the server. Maybe membes can set, when they are Cpt or something like that. Because we often wanna play scrims and cant find anyomne to set this server. So we cant play. That sucks.

...because the server will be setted like every 10 min. (What means you can't play a full match)
