Turn on your computer and immediately after the BIOS boot screen appears press 'F8'. Then choose 'save mode' (Abgesicherter Modus) and press enter. When your computer started and your desktop loaded (you may notice the low resolution, but that's normal) rightclick on 'My computer' (Arbeitsplatz) and choose 'properties' (Eigenschaften) go to advanced (Erweitert) and click the third 'settings' button (Einstellungen; direkt oberhalb von Fehlerberichterstattung). Then disable 'auto restart' (Automatisch Neustart durchführen).

Restart your computer normally and see what happens. (Possibly you'll receive a bluescreen from now on, but then you can tell me what it says and we'll find a solution)

Just disable the automatical restart function and you'll be able to view the bluescreen as long as you want.

I've got the same problem just after I've added some RAM.
My computer didn't support it and was restarting every times, lol.

I had to take off this RAM.
