first one is awful.
2nd is way better tho you could improve a lot of things in here.

1st: you need to learn how to cut out the render of a simple background :S
next: bg is too simple.(at least the colors fit this time)

like...use black brushes behind his weap. + right arm, knees+shoulders yellow, head yellow(+black).

you could also try to work wiht a 1px border

at least the color should fit.

see? those stocks are great. work with them and not with some star wars bullcrap
+you will make greaaat sigs if you work with more realistic renders or stocks where you can easily add some flow.

like..the guy with flames or whatev. at his hands. you dont even have to try to add some flow, its alrdy there
