I think I have to explain why I no-voted:

First off, you were a multiclanner - and in your leave topic you insulted a few people, which is definitely not ok and shows that you haven't got any respect at all (and as member you have to show to EVERYONE respect, except he/she is a completely idiot. And I hardly know any real idiot in this community).

Then, a few people (I won't call names) told me over Xfire that you flame, even during your app, and I trust them.

This is why I basically no-voted, in addition DC-17 has his own reasons why he no-voted, which is basically enough to deny your application.

It could have taken a different way, just have a look at Blaze. He also multiclanned, but he apologized and didn't insult any people in his topic. Referring to that I let it be with a simple demotion.

Feel free to reapp after 2 weeks again, if your application goes on smoothly then (which means at least 2 weeks without troubles) I would even vote for you.

But like you said, that's a closed chapter for you now, so I guess another application isn't needed.
