Let's open a new mapping section for UT3(when the division is online)
Cause i was searching a bit in the internet and the UT3 editor is almost the same as UnrealED by repcom...
I would do some tutorials if it would be needed...

anyway i think we should first all check out the game since some probably dont even know how the skills in ut3 are compared to the ones in SWRC...
oh and btw what about ridley? i dont know about his skills but he showed us how to run a section ->cod4 section

Ok, for this division I wanna make sure it's gonna run smoothly. We need a few more ppl for this...

(I don't know if Vash can put up a private server for us)

In addition we have to get a leader for this division.

Skill doesn't count that much, but organization-skills, activity motivation and loyaltiy is really needed for this spot!

Ok, just to explain this, as the new division general you would have to work out this parts:


Skill:

As already said, skill isn't THAT important. But you should be at least somewhere at good average.

Organization-skills:

You would have to organize the forum for UT3, organize internal matches and scrims, and later if your ready you should get prepared for several tournaments. In addition you should have time to solve problems in this division (arguments between players for instance).

You should have the talent to meet the right decisions - or at least to evaluate situations the right way.

Activity

You should have enough time to organize n' play matches, in addition presence in Xfire and TS is absolutely needed!

Motivation

To keep it short: You should love this job, you shouldn't see this as work, but as hobby instead! It would be an advantage if you would have the talent to motivate other players here - motivate them to play and train here. Basically should build up a good athmosphere here.

This is actually the most important point, a lot of divisions have failed because people weren't motivated enough! Therefore they wen't inactive, players left and the divisions broke down.

So ye you have to put effort in this division and in this clan, and enjoy your success afterwards ;D

Loyaltiy

That's what you need as Division General... basically you should stay as long as this division is open...

You should be really determined with this! So better think twice if you want this job.

Well I'm still not sure if it's worth it >.< I'll have 100~200 ping anyway and it does coast 20~30 bucks....
But there's good chances I'll still go for it.

Edit : I just noticed there's an Israeli community in UT3 and it will be much more interesting to play with them lol so idk.

Hey, what do you think about this idea?

When we got 2-3 more members, you could send me your idea about the new leader. People who arent in the section could feel free to send me a PM aswell. PM's without explanation aren't valid, if your arguments are good the vote will count even "more". Ah and the vote could run about 1 week..

If we finally got a new leader, he is in charge of the new forums, the memberlist and so on (have a look at my previous post where I explained everything)!

If we did that all Storm can put up the new forum :)

Take a desktop screenshot and put it here in this topic to get here an overview. In this page u can watch wether ur PC is good enough for this game. Because it could happen that u notice that ur pc is to weak for this game. then u just wasted ur money.

Btw: i will miss u all here in rc if u if u really switch to this game. I will just set my own server for 1 player and take the spec off. And ask me:,, Hello, is there any TX? Although i know there wont answer anyone. Finally i set the server for 2 and of course a noob joins. A typical Noob without brain walking around stupid with a rocket and doesnt know wtf he is doing here in this server. I get of course angry of such stupid noobs and kill him 300:0. This noob is trying to leave the server but i am faster. I close the server before he leaves! And say: HaHa NOOB DOWN!
