General Attitude

Hey guys, i thought i would talk to you all about the general attitude of this clan.

Two things have come to my mind when looking at our forums, they are -

1.) Spamming posts with no reason
2.) Attitude towards / inside applications

1.) If you look at this clan, you will obviously see that TX is one of the best clans in our community.. have you ever wondered why? Sure, we have good members who can do well ingame although that does not make a great clan, you also need to remember the maturity level of our clan and our attitude. I have seen many people in recent times spamming our forum every day with immature posts that have no general meaning or help towards the topic. The reason we have topics and forums is to talk about the topics in question. We have 2 forums which are for fun posting. Off-topic and Fun & Jokes. Although we have these topics it does not mean you should act stupid here, these are forums where we can talk about things and have discussions and have fun.. we don't need silly posting and/or spamming. I ask that the spamming is stopped as a number of posts doesn't mean you're special.. it just means you've posted alot in the forum.. 1 post a day shows your activity.. :)

2.) Applications in TX are players who want to join our elite group. If we feel a player is some what not good enough to join our clan, we should tell them in clear english/German why we feel they are not good enough and make it polite. This will make an applicant feel determined to try harder or realise he is not good enough and will have to improve. Saying somebody is shit or a noob doesn't tell them how they are not at the right level. Goodlucks are also a good thing as it gives the applicant a warm welcome.. although i must stress that just saying "GL" 100 times doesn't help the applicant or help the deciding general. If you want to wish somebody goodluck, tell them your xfire and give them advice as well.

Just remember, fun in forum is allowed and wished but there is a limit which goes over to silliness! (senseless spamming which has no meaning with the actual topic) :P

Yeah but the annoying thing is that generally people over 14 should have common sense and should act mature.. maybe its language issues?

Y u wrote this Topic i think because i was the trigger of the Cody's app.

You know Pricey i just wanted to tell him my own direct opinion to his screens not about him.

I know that was not nice what i wrote. I read of someone that this guy was once denied.But in his new app the screens look really ... bad.

And if u say "WE" the TX are the best smth. like "Elite Clan" then we need of course very good and best players.

Why u try to keep some noobs with poor screens?

i agree on azura was a really talented applicant BUT he was an excuse im the best example! not every applicant can be as god as azura! when i joined i was a stupid noob with no sence of tactic r anything but now im part of this community!
so my point is, that u have to accept average ppl as well( maybe just a few) to train them and make them better!
