Surely some kiddies will try to app, but the voters got my full trsut by judging them. Also its fine if you stand that position and well there are other ways to state it, such as you do. This aint the first time Zarbon appears pretty rude and drastic here, is it?

Do u have in ur real life friends too who are 8 ~10 years younger and u play with them? I think not really. What i want to say is there is a norm that u have observe like to have friends who are around ur age! This is just too ridiculous, just fail! For example 18-30 years old guy is playing every year with kids who are 12-13. I am sure i am not the only one thinks that way. And the most of us don't trust themselves to say their opinion because they dont want get unpopular through this but i give a fuck about this. I SAY my opinion now because all that just fucked me up all 4 years here in TX.

I think this action is a good decision at this time in the games life.

People who prove their merits and meet the expected standards of the clan show that through application and how they interact with other clan members. If they are up to the level of expectation and suitable for the clans community, they get votes. This should be that way regardless of age, because if someone isn't mature enough it should be picked up while they are applying no matter how old they are.

No, however I do enjoy chatting/talking/babysitting younger kids, they're entertaining.

18 is closer to 12 than 30. If I'm honest I believe i would have more in common with a 13 year old than a 30 year old ;)

Sorry, I have to agree to Zarbon on some points. As I already mentionned, since we set up this age rule we massively reduced our amount of clanhoppers.
Voters can't always "guess" if someone is mature or not during an application. I mean it's not that hard to look mature for a few weeks. At least with this rule we had a "warranty".

Then you make people app for longer, so the real them is uncovered. If someone does not have the patience, then they are obviously not suitable for the clan.

During the years I've met like 2-3 guys who were younger than 14 and mature enough for a clan. The disadvantages of such a rule are way beyond the advantages.
