No second of hesitating Viva? Sry to respond that rude but: Didn't you actually READ the topic? This decision was a result of many hours of discussion dude... and this for a very 'specific' need of the clan and impulse Vash has now.

Sry, but I hate it when people write something without actually thinking before..

Atleast someone here is talking out of my soul. This is not because "I like Iron and how nice he is and and what a good player he is". It is because he HELPED the clan like no one did before. It was the first time I found someone who is up to do, what I do. Managing servers, adding new ideas, managing mapping/modding projects of TX, making TX more popular to the outside of the clan with new and fresh ideas...

And also I received alot of advices from him to many issues happening in the clan. Nobody knows it, but many things (even like things getting discusses in the CC) I did discuss with him "unofficial" and direct. He was a great help. You don't see all this, Viva. You just see what a forumsuser without deeper knowledge sees: "He left often and gets promoted, WTF?"

Welcome back Ironhide! I don't really think a lot of you understands this decission Vash has taken. Ironhide (whilst being a "leaver" for 4times+) still decided to support the community, and you're greeting him with questions, doubt, and bad thoughts. (That's my point of view as most of your comments aren't very positive.) I think instead you should greet him welcome and see if all these "promises" are being fullfilled.

If Iron is one of the persons keeping this community alive and fresh ( new things, stuff happening) then give him another chance! Or you could yourself try to do as much as he has? Not very likely. You staying in TX eating the cookies being thrown at you and all while Ironhide is baking them. Doesn't that allow for "Exceptions" in the rules? I respect Ironhide, even though I might not agree with his every thought and oppinion. If Vash left to go ahead and do other stuff, wouldn't you greet him welcome if he returned? (I know it sounds like an extreme case, but it's just an example)

I think people EARNING respect DESERVES respect and chances. It's not like if he just goes inactive his rank will still count, I trust in Vash's decission and I believe Ironhide is the right man for the spot as long as he fullfill his job there.

I understand what pacio viva etc mean
But you can compare this situation with this one:
A little baby falls on the track where the underground drive.
I think everybody here would jump on the track to save the baby, although
There is a rule that say don't cross the track....

So I think that it is ok that iron can stay cause TX needs him.
This is my opinion.

I totally understand Vash decision. I know there are rules witch should be applied but Ironhide (seems) to be doing so much for tx that you have to make a choice: break one of your own rules or get someone back who can make tx a better clan. At this point I think the public interest of tx is more important than live by the rules.

Now, I know I am new at this clan and how could I know about this? Well I don't. I don't know what Ironhide did for this clan. I do know that he is very active and helped me a lot in my long time as app. And I believe that if Vash thinks he is needed here, than that is true. For If I understand Vash well, Ironhide did more than most of us would even see. So if Vash needs him, and if tx needs him? What is the problem of getting him back?

Think of rules as pilemarks rather than restrictions, Viva.

Is Ironhide essential for TeamXtreme?
I'm sure here in TX are also a lot of people who has awesome Ideas..
It's impossible, that a Clan just can exist because of one Member?!

So, because it actually has become a discussion, I just want to add something. In my eyes we have TWO things, which are interesting and absolutely true.

1. Ironhide is a great guy, who has done a lot for us. That's a reason for his comeback into Team Xtreme.

2. Many members of us left and rejoined (I don't know all, for an example: Geniuz etc.). They had to work for their old rangs again. That means, it isn't fair for some members here.

But: Vash, you're the leader. You can decide, what you want.
And yes Iron, you currently wear your RC tags. =)

You cannot do it all alone but all the help you can get is welcome right? And if Ironhide is a great help why lose him? Its not only him, but he is a great help.

You're taking it far too long, Gracy! ;)

Ironhide is a member with not only ideas, but the dedication and will to do something for this clan. He is actually ONE of the few guys around here willing to take initiative and help the clan in every way he can. This isn't something we can expect everyone to do, since most of you join this clan to play and have fun, but at least we can hope some members wants to contribute for the clan's best. It might sound strange that he got so many chances, but after all I accept the final decision. Just think of it; he is one of the guys who has done most for this clan, ever. The comeback, itself, could've maybe be sorted in a different way, but there would have been people liking and disliking it anyways. All in all, I'm glad to have Ironhide back on track. He will pull off a great job as the new CC-Head. I am sure he is able to point out the less good things in this clan, as it were some of the reasons why he chose to leave.

- Ole.
