Repcom Engine Graphicy thing

I've started playing Repcom again for fun on public servers, but sometimes on Engine, I walk around and the screen goes black if I look at specific walls, areas, and only goes normal again if I shoot. Is this a graphic card issue or a common bug?

I think I also had that like 3 years ago or something. I'm not sure but I assume I fixed it using the latest graphics drivers and the official patch.

Downloaded official patch, seems to work now, but it's on and off, so can't tell if its officially fixed
