TeamXtreme WarPack v5.0

Dear Republic Commando folks,

it did not took long after the release of WarPack 4 to continue the project and launch another mappack, so I am glad to announce the WarPack 5 tonight.

WarPack 5 is pretty much based on WarPack 4.1 most maps are still included and so are Crystal and Conquest game mode.

But of course we also included new content, such as 15 entirely new maps, new textures, a new WarPack logo and another game mode - Assault the Flag (supported by a couple of old and new maps!).

Once you installed the WarPack 5 you are able to join retail servers, conquest servers, Assault the Flag servers and crystal mod servers, the WarPack itself includes several maps for those mods as well and the TeamXtreme private servers are fully supporting them.

We hope you like and enjoy our work and we wish you a lot of fun with the WarPack v5!

FIRST PATCH RELEASED!

We just found a few bugs. Those are fixed with the patch. Everyone who installed 5.0 please update to 5.1 with the following patch.

I heard that some of you already downloaded and installed WP5.2 from the server. Please do NOT download it! It is a BETA and we do not even know wether it will be released or not.

Might cause problems and maybe you have to reinstall WP5.1 because some maps in WP 5.2 are changed.

Wait for the official announcement next time!

There is just ONE patch. That other stuff is just on the FTP server and randomly named 5.2, did not I just say it? It is NOT concering WarPack!
