Dear TeamXtreme Members,
after some trouble, I'm happy to announce you the modified BFBC2 Division of TeamXtreme. We changed some things, which is easy to understand for our Members and Applicants.
Changes:
We deleted all ranks!
Now nobody can say that the Squad Manager gives unfair promotions, and it's not possible to have a Me{Cpl} > You{Pvt}. Everyone has the same "rank" and there is no "high rank" to reach.
We renamed General to Manager!
We aren't here in a War, so we don't need ranks of the Army. Manager is a nice rank, which describes really good the job.
ESL Team!
We are glad to announce that we have an ESL-Team. We added the ESL Team now to the Memberlist. You can visit us here.
In the next days we will join a ladder and hopefully win!
Everyone else who is interested in joining the ESL-Team please post here or message me in xfire.
New Spot!
After long thinking we created a new spot for Members who did a lot for TX. It's the Advisor Spot! The spot was already in discussion some time ago, but now we created him. This spot is just an award that shows that you have done a lot for TX. If you reached this spot you have also access to the Leading Staff forum.
We deleted the Voting System!
Our new apps don't need votes! They write their application and there is at least an application time of 2 Weeks. It's a nice system because in this 2 Weeks ( or longer) he can show that he is loyal, and that he really wants to join TX.
He gets accepted, when the leadership thinks that he deserved it. So now the complete Leadership decides if an app can join and not only the Voter.
Forum Activity
We decided that the Members have to work more with the Forum, and if they don't do this they will set to the inactive list.
If you are active, you have to show your activity In-Game and in the TX Forums.
Now we can't really change the opinion of our current members, but we ask them to show more activity in the Public Forum as in the Bad Company 2 Forum.
We will check that our new Members or Applicants show more actvity in the Forum.

If people argue over ranks thats in my eyes just lame. They are in Tx people that have been in longer have higher ranks and that may mean they don't have the skill however i feel its just lame that people argue over a rank be happy your in the clan don't pick up the petty details.

Nice changes as far as I can judge, but have to agree with Revenge: Manager sounds gay =) Commander or Operator would be better :) Or Division Adminstration.
