[MW2] Changes !

Hello all!

Due to the recent fall in activity and lack of new members, the MW2 management has decided to make a few changes, some of which will go against the usual tx-concepts.

We have noticed that most of the applicants we got before and have gotten lately are, for whatever reason, struggling to be active on their app and the forums, but do manage to play in game. Therefore we’ve going to become more of an in-game, steam based division, using the steam announcement system for important decisions(including decisions for the global welfare of TX).

This does not however mean we will completely stop using the forums, but we will put less focus on it since quite a couple of recent applicants have had their difficulties with it. Applicants will get a trial period in which they’re also required to make a forum acc, if they’re found capable they’ll get a full membership.

There’s also some changes in the staff, since we want ‘new start’.

We want to thank Screy and Soldey for their efforts, but due to inactivity we’ve decided to replace them as MW2 managers. They will however remain as regular members of this division.

Proud am I to announce that Rory will replace them in a managing role, as a reward for his all round activity, I hope you’ll make the best of it! Together with Foxy, he will do lead the division for now. The left Head Managers Crazy and Dc will have a supervising and advisory role from this point on.

Yep hopefully this system will serve you better than how it is right now. Regardless it would be nice be able to continue to interact with members of the MW2 division through general parts of the forum. ^^

Also as I already told you, I really insist on these facts.

A) Every member should have an account on our forums so we can keep things clear (even if he doesn't use this account).

B) Every changes/updates regarding the division should be posted on the forums aswell, not only on steam, eventhough members aren't forced to post regularly on them.

C) Once a member is in, at least try to make him active on the forums by suggesting him interersting sections such as GFX, videos, offtopic or whatever. He is not obliged to post but try to make him aware of the advantages it implies.

Why do you post this link? The division isn't closed.

Also why should Foxy be "Friend of TeamXtreme" ? And give him time for what?
