. 1.2 Participating Countries: you are participating in the Contest from one of the following countries: (1) The United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland); (2) France; (3) Germany; (4) Norway; (5) Finland; (6) Denmark; (7) Sweden; (8) Netherlands; (9) The Republic of Ireland; (10) Belgium; (11) Austria; (12) Switzerland; (13) Australia; and (14) New Zealand. Void outside of the foregoing countries and where otherwise prohibited by law.

Ok so the point of this is that I am extremely pissed that not all countries can participate in every event. What is the purpose of having these competitions if they are not open to everyone. This is extremely disturbing. We have clan members from all over the world. To not be able to participate in all the same events seems a little counter-productive. How is the company going to endorse and support clan operations but not let members of certain countries assist/play/goof around/lead. This is totally uncool and I demand entrance into this competition. To all my clan mates entered good luck and represent us well.

if you wanted to post this into the XBox area you're wrong here mate, anyways I can understand your problem and I am going to contact the ESL support regarding this issue. I have to agree, regulations such as this one do only damage the international clans, rather than helping them.

sorry about posting in the wrong section guys my bad. but again what is the point of having a multi-national game online if there are limitations to gameplay. we shouldnt even be able to chat or look at each others gamer info if that is the case. totally contradictory

I agree this is unfair. The only time it is okay to exclude certain countries is if ESL are running a European cup or something.

Hmm strange indeed. Alot of countries are still agaisnt violent games. Could be a reason.
