Sorry if you guys think i'm sticking my nose in things but..

i was talking to Hasero earlier and he feels upset with his rank. He cant really have all these matches to get promo's cos A. our squad leader is hardly on xfire wen we're on because of the time zones.

I believe that hasero shud be a general. he was a high rank in MotR, who at the time were the best RC clan by far

tell me what u think guys.

i agree to that it's very hard for you to get matches. but maybe we can arrange it that Artman and Blackstar can also promote e.g. Hasero. vash might want to think about this with blackstar and artman.

i know that hasero had a high rank in MotR. So did I. actually, we shared the same position for a long time (cos we didn't get promoted '0.o').
every applicant will have to take step by step I think. I even had to do after I was asked by the DivCom to join ]-TX-[.

so, maybe you can make a agreement, vash =)

I need to say i agree with Pricey. But i dont agree with that Hasero is good US squad leader cuz its US squad. But Hasero is skilled, does much for clans where he is in, speaks well other languages (what i dont do very well =D) and activity. If not to squad leader then to better rank. But this was only my opnition then. And besides he is my old teacher. Well that doesnt go in this business now

mh maybe he deserves a higher rank..but how u all know he left tx, rc squad.
thats why maybe the gens.(and vash) count him as a "new" member cuz he left..
and i agree.. davy is right everybody has to do it step by step..
and when u leave a clan..and u re-join maybe everybody knows u but what
should other people think when somebody comes after 3 weeks back and
becomes a gen?.. he's skilled and a nice guy;P but should he get a gen after
1 week in tx..(and why should be an euro us squad leader )

maybe he's the right guy for this job..but he has to "deserve" his proud, his glory
and his honor again(when u all know what i mean ;P)

and then...then he's ready..for high ranks or gen. or whatever..
(he's already halo divcom i think..8P)

the way in the RC squad is maybe not very long..but in no case short nd easy..

i know. 0.o you were in MotR for like a few weeks and hasero for almost a year and me for almost a 3/4 year and then you had the positoin 1 rank under ours.

first off all thanks for the concern Pricey i really appriecate it !

But Gen is high asked for a guy whos just in for 2 weeks now? or 3?

every1 wants to be a Gen and i admit i would love 2. But i got LCpl in 2 weeks here in TX so if it continues like this ill get a good rank in no time,

our conversation was like 5 days ago when i was a Pvt/Pfc dont remeber.

i think at the moment theres is no need for another Gen, and also a US Squad would be bad for me because im a EU player and it would get the same effect as my and Trickz have now (only he was inactive to ).

I like TX and i really want to stay here, i had more fun then i had in MotR for a month. And i think the best way to make a good career is like to go by it Step by step ( but also consider the Fact that a BIG step is fun to )

But Gen isnt a rank we need atm in TX.9more like rank who can look out for the Squad when the Gen is inactive or on LOA)
