I simply stated that the kills you have just shown are not good enough for a montage, in how far do your editing skills affect your ingame skills?

You said my kills did not have the 'wow' affect. And so does the editing. So you basicly saying the material sucks. And the editing sucks. Thinking this is my second montage. I was hoping on some feedback wich would actually help me. Instead of this.

Well ye thats what I said: The material sucks. I mean if you want to have a good montage, its not only the editing thats important, the frags your present are of a much higher value.

My advice: Get better clips. So in how far is that not contructive feedback? I mean viva is right at some points, its easier to gain nice kills in MW3 pubs than in COD4 Promod. That means you should have breath taking clips inside your montage, here an example:

We guys spend months for recording such clips, such montages cant be created within a few days and I dare to say you did not spend more than 2 weeks in the montage you just posted.

Putting it like this, it is valuable feedback. But the way you described it at first hand was rather insulting then helpfull in my opinion. But yes, there was 1 week effort in it.

I am new to montage and im not familiar with all the programs either. Im starting to get the basics with after effects and im using premiere pro for the basic cutting and placing.

That video is really awesome man, what kind of programs do you use? Whats the last song called? Like it.
