Well, I recently used a french website that take the money of your phone that you didn`t use and so give it to Paypal.
And I`ve 8€ blocked, coz I`ve to tell my credit card number, and I don`t have one...
Is that possible to get back these 8€ or something? >.<

They just " secured " my account and it wasn't the good one they wanted to. ^^
