Call of duty Elite leveling?

May someone explain how to level the clan on Call of duty Elite :)

2 ways of doing it
1) using a founder code from COD MW3 hardcore edition (i think), gives 500xp
2) competing in Clan ops in cod elite, only counts if you are a premium member though. Clan Ops is basically when the team strives towards a certain goal and if they do better than a cetain % of the rest of the clans competing, they get a certain amount of xp for the clan
