RepCom Sniper Damage hack

Dear fellow clan members,

I've thinked many times about this issue. Many people may noticed this: you change a line in your game files and you will play with "zoom"-damage only. Even without shooting zoomed. This is completely changing the balancing in-game and this is, just like the TAG client mod, a technical "trick" to get an advantage in the game.

To make it short: I will not tolerate such a crap in this clan. We're TX, we have rules and we have a gaming philosophy and I'm not ruining this by allowing this kind of shit here.

I'll only warn you one time if you break this rule....
