the max we are allowed is 400x200

But the problem is, when I try to upload to a site (e.g RedCell) it says the max allowed is what I just asked for. That's pretty much why I asked for it. But, if you can't, I'll find another person

No it's quite good for the forum.

And to resize an image in a bigger size is like destroying the quality. Like *.png to *.jpg

Anyway, I hope you like big black borders, cause if you don't want your image to be destroyed, that's the best I can do with your requested size;
