Can't join private server

Earlier today Random asked if i wanted to ply a practise match on the private TX euro server. Well, when i tried to join by typing in the ip and pressing ok, nothing happened. It didn't say it was full, it didn't connect me, nothing at all happened. I don't know why, this didn't happen when i played those 1 vs. 1's. I also had the same problem yesterday, but then i managed to join by right clicking on Random's name in xfire and click join game, but now that join game button is grayed out so i can't click it. I also tried joining by, in xfire, clicking on servers then right click the TX private euro server, and click on join, but then it just crashes. I also saw that thread where you could type in set input 9 then the ip and then it should automatically take me to that ip, but it doesn't work on the console in game and i don't know where else im supposted to type that in so........ help!

You should notice that the last numbers are a port.....

so it's xx.xx.xx.xx:xx

NOT xx.xx.xx.xx.xx

i know that, the server's ip is 88.198.64.25:7798 and that is what i type in, then i press ok and then nothing happens..... i don't understand it, as i think i played a 1 vs. 1 with someone on that server when i was applying.

lol that IP doesn't exist. The correct IP is 88.198.65.24:7798

maybe its not the best to show you ->PRIVATE IP<- everyone in this part of the forums ...
