what's that program that icepwn uses to make sigs?

i want it cause it's free to download

after i get it i'll try to make sig and avatars cause steel has his hands full ^^

Photoshop is the best Graphix program. just think of why it's so expensive --> you can do anything with it.

lol i got it know it's called photofiltre it's not as good as photoshop but it'll have to do ^^

but i you can still make a sig for me steel if ur not too busy

steel i'll practise with photofiltre every day and learn what each tool does than i'll start making sigs for other ppl ^^ but i still need to practise do u have any tipps?
