Why is Blackstar a Gen when he's a CWO, What's his actual rank? Or is he both? Or better yet, why are all our Gen's euro? O.o o.O

I take the Epsilon Squad so long as we got a new one who we think.. Yes this Guy is correct and can get my Squad.
