have your pc blocked it ? look in the control station..(don´know the english word xD)
Or mayby your pc hasn´t got the Req for the game.

Intel GMA Graphics card sucks .... that's the problem. CoD4 doesn't support that type of video cards. So if you wanna play it without problems, buy a retail card ....

Also, ich habe eine nVidia gForce 7600 GTS, die ist zwar jetzt auch schon eher alt, aber CoD4 läuft ohne ruckeln... wenn du schaust, müsstest du die bei eBay für etwa 50€ bekommen. Als mindestanforderung stellt CoD4 jedenfalls die nVidia gForce 6600 , und die bekommt man bei eBay für rund 10 € hinterher geschmissen ;D
