Well maybe the skill we can see in the video is not bad, but the way you present it is not good =(
You should use maybe an intro (except of that movie maker intro, I talk about a real intro
, I did not neither in my video, but I am working at one) and some other effects, because otherwise it''s a bit boring, and it looks better as well.
And you should use music, and -last point- it is pretty boring to see if someone just run over the map,
so you should use some speed effects, because in some parts of the video you don't kill any enemy and the ppl who watch it get bored.

Youtube is just gay. They remove the sound on almost every montage.
You have to tell them that what they're doing is wrong, then they'll put back the sound (they did the same shit with me).
Btw. It's harder to judge without any music. :/

Wow your gameplay style is weird (especially on the first Engine part). You're shotting everywhere and you cut alot.
