a promotion is occupied if the member: is active enough, post enough screenshots(not spam, jusr a feww goods every week) acrtive on forums. and has a good loyalty and attitude, he get spromoted every month!

If the member has reached officer rank 2Lt+, he needs to work harder to be promoted and the you as an Gen+ need to be more harder when it comes to promoting.

and no, the member doesnt need to post on forums every day. or needs to be om xfire every day. 23 or more days are enough.
