You can try another app if you got better. If I were you I would train more and send your app in a month.

Okay dude, i'm going to give you some good advice here

You've been rejected by this clan before, what you should do is :

- Practise more
- Become friends / aquaintances with the TX members
- Work on getting some good screenshots before you apply
- Make sure you are active
- Be mature and patient
- Dont ask silly questions (eg.. this Thread.. asking to be put in the best repcom clan in the game without an app )

and try your best!

This clan has really progressed and now have alot of amazing players, so you have to be a good standard, so you have to dedicate yourself to become really good and a mature + active player.. and then you can apply and you will definatley get the votes
