UnrelEd dosn't work

Hey guys,
I hope you can help me. My UnrealEd dosn't work (it never worked so far). Everytime I start it, it says " UnrelEd dosn't work anymore..." searching for result.
I don't what the problem might be, as I reinstalled RepCom and redownlaoded the Update pack. I have Vista home premium.

i had that problem, i just reinstalled rep com and it was fixed

You could explain in german, and some guys might help you. But we can not do that without any information.
