Get into WIndows Vista or XP without Password.

Yo Guys,
First of all i need the help of you guys who are using Windows Vista.
So here it is what you ahve to do:

1.) Start your and wait computer until the black bios screen comes up.
2.) At this moment you have to push F8 as long as it takes that the window appears.
Drei.) Than you wait.
4.) Than a Screen appears where you could schoose different Options.
5.) On the Top there is "Start in Safe Mode" or something lick that.
6.) Select it.
7.) Push enter and Enter again.
8.) Than you will have a Account with no password.( Normally)
9.) If you logged in, in your System you have to go to "run" under seach in your startmenu.
10.) Than you type in: 'control userpasswords2'
11.) After that, a window appears with Names.
12.) There you can see all Accounts off your Computer.
1Drei.) Select one.
14.) After this, push ' reset password'
15.) Than you have to put in the New Password.

Please tell me if it Works.

Iv´ve got a comp with vista and i forgot the pw becuase the comp was so long in repair xD ANd now i want to find a way to get into it xD
