Here is a pic of mine. YES, I got an original LOL.
It came with a two-sided sheet that tells you how to recover your PC.
The german headline says " Wiederherstellen von Windows 98 "

Hi welcome, im one of those spammers who has learnt punuation from geni also if you like repcom apply TX is the best clan out apart from 7DS.
