Well, you have just warned n'Cide because he stole a signature, but actually he did it before the rule was active. So is it even valid to warn him for things he did before this rule existed? Sure it does not make better what he did, but warning him afterwards is not good either.
In my opinion you should either not warn him for this case but in future if he does it again of course, or you are fair and do it for every GFX member you remember ripping a signature in the past months. This would be for sure the best and fairest way to handle this rule, and in this case I at least remember Starzy ripping a signature 2-3 months ago.
Hope you clear this up and handle the new rule in a fair way, otherwise people wont accept it if you just warn members but rip on your own.

Exactly, you ripped a while ago. So just because the rules was not active back then you did not receive a warning? When n'Cide ripped his signature the rule was not active either and he got warned, your rip was just 2 months ago that is not a long time, and it was even for a contest - SOTM. You tried to win a contest with a ripped signature, n'Cide just used it for himself. This looks like abusing his rights to avoid getting warned as well for the same -or even worse- thing than other GFX members do.
Oh once again, please do not lock it that soon. I'd like to hear a good explanation why you separate from other members to yourself. Just because you are in the GFX moderation team you are allowed to rip without warnings?
