Explaining things
Most TeamXtreme members have no idea why there are so many sudden leaves at the moment. The only thing we got were blurry and unclear explanations, or a simple "leaving because of the others". My intention now is to bring some light into this whole affair:
The reason why so many long time TX members are leaving, is that, since every other Division has failed, TeamXtreme is and always will be a Republic Commando Clan. And for those who don't play the game anymore a membership simply does not make any sense. To play one or two games together sometimes, being a TX member is unnecessary.
Additionally those who left were unhappy with the fact that it has gotten too easy to join tx and obtain a high position within a short amount of time. Even people who were denied 5 times in the past and lots of members already had bad experiences with are able to join the clan. Something that, coupled with the other facts, does not further encourage a stay.
Because those who are gone already formed a sub-community before they left, their "loss" will not leave a huge impact in this clan. Those of you who still play RepCom and like to do so, won't be affected at all.
You guys kept RepCom, a dead game, alive for several years now, something that takes a helluva lot of dedication, and I'm sure you will do the same for the next years aswell.
But this is something I cannot and don't want to be part of anymore. You can find my reasons above. I am leaving.
Please respect my decision. And If you don't, I don't care.
It's been a great time, but everything has to end sometime.

Good bye. Whatever you will do, good luck in future, in your real-life and in your gaming in future.

Yep, I do actually agree with you.Ridley wrote:The reason why so many long time TX members are leaving, is that, since every other Division has failed, TeamXtreme is and always will be a Republic Commando Clan. TX is a RepCom Clan in my eyes and not a Multigaming Clan.
Sure.. most of us are in another division just for fun, but that isn't it.
He's right guys..., like he said, respect that.
Thanks Ridley!

Re: Explaining things
Please stop saying " let him go, respect his decision ", or " I wasn't allowed to leave ".
It is one's OWN decision to leave the clan and we ACCEPT it, we cannot go against it.
We're only trying to make these guy overthink their decision, since most of the members who left just came back after some weeks.
Anyways, you already told me about this Ridley, and of course I understand your points.
Hope you'll still log on on xfire aswell from times to times to give us some news.
Take care.

Re: Explaining things
You seems to complain about repcom and tx like if we stick to repcom without any possibilities to switch to another game. But the fact is when we make à new division, we take 25 membres, 5 unknowns, 5 friends from tx members, 10 people from other rc clan, and 5 inactives should've promise to help the div. Then 3 weeks later 15 members out of 25 left or become inactive. Then the rest just play and don't Even try to recruit etcetc. So Ye we can't grow up. E.g our cod4 div.
Well don't offense ridley, Gl what ever you do.

Re: Explaining things
Well Republic Commando managed to grow. So if you guys talk to vash and ask him how he got this clan booming.. you can use those kind of procedures.
