Because of several problems with his arrogant behaviour and attitude towards the TX rules, other TX members and the TX high command it was decided to kick him out of this clan and remove all of his member rights.

He provoked that decision with his unacceptable behaviour In-Game, on the forums and in Xfire. Hence this kick is just the logical consequense, he received several warnings and a demotion but finally it was enough, we could not stand this anymore.

It is not that we did not warn people enough:

It is not like in the past, we do NOT accept as many things as we did in the earlier, even smaller things will lead to sanctions from now on.

It's sad that 2 people have to be kicked within 2 days.
But I saw a lot of the stuff which is described here and I understand and support the decision of the Command Council.

No, they don't, but if someone is flaming, disrespecting the rules, and behaving arrogant (after being warned several times) it's the way how it ends.
