Thats what we got so far:

Ok, so I thought about this for a while now and came up with a idea (which I talked about with a few other members and they were overall positive over it):

We can change the basic structure of the existing MW2 Div. into a general CoD Div. with differents Squads for MW2 and Black Ops.
Maybe we can keep the current Squads as they are (which would save us, and especially Dc-17) much time and transfer them to Black Ops Squads, and the current members which do not play Black Ops will be transferred into a new build MW2 Squad under a new Gen and new Colonels. That way we can keep the basic administration of the Div. and the main things (such as Squadmembers, Ranks, etc.) which took us several weeks with the MW2 Div., also most of the members who are going to get Black Ops will propably won't be playing MW2 that often anymore, so they can go into the Black Ops Squads and the remaining members can go into the MW2 Squad (I'm talking about a single MW2 Squad because, it seems like there are many people switching to BO, rather than staying with MW2)
