If I want to join a Server nothing happens. Also joining per IP doesn't work. I uninstalled Gamespy but still nothing happens.
What should I do?

maybe your PC is "too good".
Set bumbmapping on low.
If it doesn't work: re-enter your CD-key. Install --> CDKey.exe

I had the same problem after downloading a Pirate version (lost the CD) All I had to do was set bumpsettings to low.
