Squad Changes.

Hey everybody,

It is possible for you to change squad if you do not feel at ease in your current one. If you wish to change it, talk to your General in the first hand, or talk to me. Both of us (your General and myself) will discuss about it, and will chose if it is possible to make you switch. The General of your "new squad" will also be taken in consideration, in order to see if we can fulfill your request.

The squad you play in is the squad you represent, in the clan, and outside it. We are of course all members of the same clan, and I therefor do not wish you to hate eachothers (you defend the same tags), but if you do not feel comfortable with your squadmates, there is no need for you to stay there. However, you have to respect all of the members in your squad, and you must contact your General if something is wrong, before willing to change your squad; and do not expect to be promoted faster if you get switched.

However, all the current Generals in charge are able to do a great job, and the best thing you can do is helping him making a good environment in his group.

Also, do never forget every squad has good and bad times, but that they are in the end quite even.

Basically,eventhough it won't be accepted you to change your squad every now and then, every month, know it is feasable, and that you can talk about it; but also know you will disapoint (no matter what they say) your squadmates and your General a bit if you leave them, because it will show you aren't happy with them (but well, if there are problems somewhere, they should be solved).


Every squadchange, and the date on which it was done, will be posted in this topic, in this very first post.
