Command Council Rotation

Dear TeamXtreme community,

we have decided to change some smaller things within the Command Council to be able to perform better and be able to take faster decisions, even about complicated problems and issues. In order to that, the rank of our member Hasero within the Command Councill will be changed to the rank of an advisor. This allows him to be a full part of the discussions and decisions whenever he can, but on the other hand another -more active- member has been chosen to take decisions with us. We could not stand to have one member missing in a few decisions, but on the other hand we could not loose a member with such a great experience, attitude and reputation as Hasero. This way, as an advisor, he will stay a member of the Command Council and will still be able to help us!

At this point you probably wonder about the difference between his old rank and his new rank, the advisor. You will find a short definition beneath:
We decided to allow a couple of players who have already confirmed and shown full dedication to TX to be advisors of the Command Council.

This new spot will allow them to have have full access to our discussions sothat they are able to bring in all ideas and experience they have. So if you have anything to say, you can talk to them as well as to any other CC member. The only difference is that they have no vote rights within the final decision itself, but during the process to this point they will count as full members of the Command Council, they are informed about anything going on and will be a full part of the discussion!
Well let's go on with the story. Our well respected and experienced member Geniuz will further on support the TeamXtreme Command Council as a full member of its staff. He already proved his dedication and loyalty towards this clan often enough to deserve this spot. Congratulations!

With these changes, a new face supporting our team and our venerated member Hasero still around we're looking forwards into an even better future for this aswesome and unique community!

I wont argue here but you may know my opinion.

idk wether you talked to Hasero about this or not and if you did and he is ok with it just ignore what i wrote beneath.

you shouldnt just kick Hasero out of the CC. He deserves to be in it! He has some problems in his RL so that he cant be here that often. Why not get a temporary replace and give him his spot back when he returns?

We talked to him before, he said he'd understand it if we replace him. But he will still be a part of the CC as advisor anyway.

Hasero hasn't been kicked out of the CC at all !

It's just that we need people who can check our forums regularly, and who can help us take decisions. Also, we needed a 7th guy so that we never have 50-50% about something.
