[MW2] Changes

Dear TX fellows,

Again I am allowed to announce an other Warrant Officer of TeamXtreme, but this time the new spot gets granted to a member of the Modern Warfare 2 division, congratulations Zemo! Your skill is just impressing!

Zemos was a Colonel of the Echo squad, you cannot compare the RepCom Col to the MW2 Col in any point. The Colonel within the MW2 has way more responsibility to take, he is able to place a half vote, lets simply declare him as the right hand of a Commander / General in charge (such as the M/L Gen in RepCom), I want to thank you for all the efforts you have done in Echo, your work will not be forgotten. So we do need an other Colonel now, the decision has also been taken. There was a member who impressed us with a great improvment of behaviour, a more than decent skill ingame and incredible activity around the forums and many new suggestions.I am proud to announce that Fox will replace Zemo from now on. I am sure you will do a great job!
