Alright we have about 9 players who said that they will download and play promod. Well 5 guys did but I strongly guess Vash, Storm, Fraz and Soldy would do anyway.
I do not think that making a promod patch for 9 guys is a good idea, I personally wont work for another version. I can give you information if you ask me but I wont do something on my own. Good luck if you'll give it a try though.

ahh never say never Iron. u know ill help ya do it mate and am sure others will rally to help . need to do sum blanket advertisin tho for de tx produkt . after all the initial struggles to get it funktional the basic latest is good but new developments thanks to de ccp_iv ,skip and hockey mean it can be significantly improved, add xtra weps etc. i rekkon it can be 50% better the next issue !

It's not about a lack of help, there would be a few guys - as you- who would help and who are good in modding, but it is not about the quality of the result (since 1.1a is quite good in my opinion) it is just that the community is too lazy to download and play our mod.

well its always like that when something nu comes out it takes a while to pikup or become fashionable. if u played music u would know that. i personally think it can be improved again .made better . s worth doin just for that reason alone i feel. but wait a cupla months then see how u feel. but maybe organise a tournament utilising the mod between the clans im sure rrp,tx ,ma gg rc would at least have a few playas "up for it" its worth a bash

I think we have to start with playing ProMod constantly. We are the biggest clan in RC and we play the most matches. So if the other clans want to have an opponent they have to play ProMod as well. We should install it on the Pvt-servers and host one public server with following name: ]-TX-[ProMod-Download: tx-gaming.net - or sth. similar. I'm sure more and more ppl will download it and it'll get more popular then.

I tried to organise ProMod matches aswell, but the thing is, as someone said at the beginning of this topic, that many people play with Different versions, couldn't DL Promod properly, or just didn't DL it.
Solutions :
• First - Blaster: I don't know if that's possible but th way to put players more at ease would be to set the blasts less thick and make the blaster shoot with a more important cadency
• About no one playing in ProMod servers: What makes join a server? Most of the time it's the ammount of players in it. When you get on your servers list, you never ever see anyone in the Promod server. If everybody acts so, no one ever plays Promod, that's logical.
In my opinion, the best solution would be to let the players be able to go in the Promod servers even whey they lunch the retail RepCom.
However, I strongly doubt this would be possible, since you cannot change RepCom's original features :(
=> By the way, I'm still up for any PM matches :)

The public servers can be empty that is not the problem, that no one ever wanted to play a scrim/internal match on 1334 is much more important.
We just need a good idea to get people playing it, if enough ppl would agree to play 1.2 when we would do it we'd be happy and keep working on the next version, but currently this does not seem to happen. There are neither enough people agreeing to play 1.2 nor do we want to work for nothing.

I have been experimenting with the CTHUd for MP to get nightvision but utilising it means you kant get the sidestep feature so i experimented with moded weps where the sniper zoom has visionnight and nightbias and its much better solution. i also tried experimenting with mando idea of getting screen blood gore and still wurkin on that
its possible to have any static mesh as a pikupmesh and to add to inventory for moded props.

We can try this major change for version 1.2, so far I've been working on v.1.1b which fixes all reported bugs and problems, also I added a couple of new things but not much. Basically it's a fixing patch until v1.2 with a lot new features is out.
v1.1b is finished now, to use it you have to install v1.1a complete ( http://rapidshare.com/files/376736642/T ... up1.1a.exe ) and then install v1.1b Patch (1MB) in the same directory.
