Hey guys , this is the first time i read this topic , i got the same as geniuz and viva , not copied from u guys :p i use these (+ i use Ctrl for crouch and Tab for showscores)
because i play counter strike and combat arms too and it's a really big problem when i try to zoom at close distances and i throw a nade with right mouse instead of zooming lol. I've killed myself many times like that , i'm 1 meter away from the opponent and i throw a nade or 2nades if i try to zoom in and out lol

zooming in and out with the middle mouse button sucks , makes u switch weapon sometimes accidently :>

oh and i got centerview on 1 , not to use it , just to *cough* spam it when we play promod to annoy others =DD
